Ariane Smith Machín,
PhD.
Dr. Machín has worked a great deal with the athlete
population, including college athletes and coaches, and elite club
level teams and parents. She works with athletes on performance
enhancement issues, such as anxiety management, motivation,
distraction control, concentration, arousal management, relaxation,
stress, burnout, injury, communication and coping. She is passionate
about helping other athletes reach their goals and gain a sense of
empowerment, both in and out of sport.
