Practice Philosophy
My approach is client-centered and strength based. Therapy is a collaborative process combining the experience, insight and knowledge of both the therapist and the client. I take a non-judgmental, nurturing approach to create the best environment for learning and growth. A trusting therapeutic relationship provides opportunity for the client to further understand themselves and to prepare for the risks that are necessary in the process of change.

Jackie is married with one child. In the warmer months, she focuses her time on gardening,
hiking, and biking. In the cooler months, she spends time reading,
snowshoeing, and cooking. All year round, she enjoys yoga and traveling to new and interesting places.
